"Back in Dec/Jan I came into your store with a drawn out diagram of our basement and spoke with Jim about some carpeting. At that time we could not afford it, so we came back at the end of February to see Jim again.  I could not believe he still had our diagram of the basement hooked on his clipboard. We ordered our carpet and had it installed the next week. I just wanted to let you know that your installers were great. They were quick and very helpful with moving a couple of pieces of furniture. But most of all they did a great job! Thanks to not only Jim with helping us pick out the carpeting for our home and big family, but also for the nice installation it looks so much better.
