Michelle Allott – Vice President
Michelle is a certified Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer with the NKBA and has over 20 years of experience in Interior Design and sales. She brought her award-winning design skills to FCA in 2009 and was quickly drawn to the company culture, environment and opportunity. She loves working with clients on all types of projects, making their dreams attainable. Her vibrant personality and positive outlook have resulted in hundreds of long-term client relationships and thousands of successful projects. Michelle’s motto, “a beautiful thing is never perfect,” reflects her belief that design isn’t about idealization, but a reflection of the personality, style, and interests of her clients.
In her current role as Vice-President, she supports a team of dedicated designers, sales associates, installation professionals, and support staff. She is passionate about creating a productive culture for clients and employees, helping to achieve a collaborative environment to design and complete home improvement projects. While this role is challenging, the reward of making clients happy, helping employees grow to their full potential, and being a driving force in FCA’s success as a National Top 25 Specialty Flooring Retailer, is worth it. In her personal life, she enjoys traveling with her husband and never says “no” when her granddaughter asks, “Glamma, can we make cookies?”
